Why is there a minimum stay for weddings?

Wedding planners, caterers, decorators and musicians usually set up the day before and clear out the day after, and many couples hold a welcome dinner before and a relaxed day after. Weekend bookings in high season therefore have a minimum stay; ask us for the rule that applies to your dates.
