Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is paid in cash at check-in: €200-5,000 for holiday stays and €1,000-5,000 for events; the exact amount is on your invoice. Any deductions (damage, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking indoors, unpaid services) are itemised, and the balance is returned within 10 business days after check-out.
