Can we visit the villa or have a video call?

Yes. Site visits are held on set dates, usually at 11:00, when the villa is not occupied by guests. We also do video calls via WhatsApp or Zoom with reception or our event planner. Couples with a confirmed event booking get 2 free planning visits; further visits are charged.
