What is your cancellation policy?

The same policy applies at both villas (Terms and Conditions V 01-26). Charges are a share of the booking payments you have made, counted from the day we receive your written request: 366 days or more before check-in, 10% charge and a 90% refund (or 90% credit for new dates); 181-365 days, 30% charge and a 70% voucher; 31-180 days, 50% charge and a 50% voucher; 0-30 days, 80% charge and a 20% voucher; 0-15 days, the full booking price is due with no refund or voucher. No-shows and early departures are charged in full. Dates can be changed once, subject to availability and current prices. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original check-in date and are not transferable. Visa refusals and travel problems in your home country are not grounds for free cancellation, so we recommend travel insurance.
