How do we get the keys and open the gate?

Reception meets you at check-in and gives you the keys with the gate remote. Keep the gate closed and locked at all times, and never climb the fence. If you leave before reception opens, open the gate with the remote and leave the keys at reception (at SeiSensi, leave through the lower beach gate; staff lock it after you).
