Nestled in a carefully restored 17th-century family-owned and operated Villa, Taliฤi Hill is a traditional Montenegrin coastal stone house reborn in a
luxurious renaissance setting.
An imposing mountains backdrop dominates the villa grounds with rich Mediterranean vegetation, olive
grove, fruits, and vegetable gardens.
This holiday home and events venue space are close to numerous sandy and pebble beaches, kitesurfing clubs, national parks, hiking trails, and tourist attractions.
The towns of Budva and Kotor are a 30-90 minute drive away while Airports Podgorica (40 minutes) and
Tivat (60 minutes) provide quick arrival.
Unique luxurious bedrooms and spacious living areas come with AC, underfloor heating, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, and everyday cleaning.
For ultimate privacy and large groups, a complete villa rental is recommended, while individual single room bookings (4 units total) are available for selected dates.

“Talici Hill – Rustic Villas” complex is both a tourism rental property and events venue (wedding venue and MICE tourism) and consists of a 400m2 Superior villa with 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, heated infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and pool cabanas, 5.000m2 private grounds, 100m2 event room, BBQ facilities with a big dining table, a lounge area with a TV, firepit, sea view wooden swing, family-friendly areas, etc.
